How it works

Five stages, from a definitive view of your current estate to a platform that evolves with the business. Your existing systems remain in place throughout.

The five stages

How long each stage takes depends on what you need.

  1. Assess

A structured review of your systems, data, reporting and workflows, concluding in a written assessment of the current state, its cost and the opportunity.

    What we need from you
A 30-minute consultation, then time with the people who run your reporting, and read access to key systems.
    What you receive
A systems landscape map, data-flow architecture, gap analysis and prioritised roadmap.
  2. Design

We define the target architecture: the reporting, dashboards, automation and digital channels that deliver the most value.

    What we need from you
Your priorities: the decisions leadership makes every month and the data behind them.
    What you receive
An agreed scope and plan for the first release.
  3. Integrate

Secure, API-led integration with your existing estate. No rip-and-replace; your teams keep the tools they know.

    What we need from you
Your teams’ help to authorise access to each system.
    What you receive
Live integrations, with data flowing into one reconciled layer, validated against source systems.
  4. Build

Iterative delivery: working capability in production early, with your teams shaping each release.

    What we need from you
Feedback on each release as your teams adopt it.
    What you receive
Production reporting and dashboards early, extended with each release.
  5. Support & evolve

Managed operation and continuous improvement: new data sources, markets and reporting as you grow, and applied AI once the data foundations are proven.

    What we need from you
Visibility of how the business is changing.
    What you receive
A platform that is operated, maintained and continuously extended.

Questions we’re often asked

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

No. We integrate with your existing estate through APIs and data pipelines, so your teams retain the tools they know and the platform operates alongside them.

Which systems can you integrate with?

Any system that holds your data: ERP, inventory and warehouse management, finance, payments, marketplaces, e-commerce, CRM, content management, analytics, in-house databases and spreadsheets.

We integrate through each system’s API where one exists, and through its database or file exports where it doesn’t.

What are typical delivery timescales?

Timescales depend on scope, from a single integration to an enterprise platform. The systems assessment establishes a clear, agreed plan.

Delivery is iterative, so working capability reaches production early rather than waiting for a single launch.

How is an engagement priced?

Every engagement is priced individually, based on the value it delivers to your business and the scope involved, and kept affordable. The initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary.

Who owns the platform and the data?

Your data is always yours, and can be exported at any time.

Components engineered specifically for you are yours once paid for. Proven components we reuse across engagements, such as our system connectors, remain ours, and you receive a perpetual licence to use them within your platform.

Should you ever move on, we hand over your data and the code built for you.

How is our data kept secure?

We integrate through each system’s official API with least-privilege access: every connection is granted only the permissions it needs.

Security is layered: tenant isolation, encrypted credentials and secrets, data minimisation, and an audit log of every change. Production access is restricted to named senior staff.

Before any data is connected, we name every provider that will process it and agree with you where it is hosted and how long it is kept.

What happens after launch?

We operate and maintain the platform, extend it with new data sources, markets and reporting as the business grows, and introduce applied AI once the data foundations are proven.

Is the AI safe to use with our financial data?

The AI works from your own data, so its outputs are grounded in your figures rather than the open internet.

Where AI takes action, it operates strictly within rules and limits you define. On the marketplace advertising system we run, for example, it can never exceed a monthly budget ceiling, makes no changes until automation is enabled, and every change is logged and reversible.

Before any data is connected, we confirm which AI providers will process it and agree how long it is retained.
